Refund Policy

At Neutral Envy, all services and deposits are non-refundable.


Due to the nature of cosmetic tattooing and the time reserved for each client, we do not offer refunds on any services performed or deposits made.

Results vary per individual based on factors such as skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle. We take every measure to provide high quality work and clear aftercare instructions to achieve the best outcome.

If any adjustments are needed, a touch up appointment may be booked at the standard touch up rate.

By booking an appointment with Neutral Envy, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Neutral Envy, we value your time and ours. Because appointments are reserved exclusively for each client, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

​

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

  • A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled once using the same deposit if proper notice is given.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate. However, repeated short notice changes may result in refusal of future bookings.

Late & No-Show Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can complete your service properly.

​

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, this is considered a no show, and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • A new deposit will be required to book again.

​

Consistent lateness or no shows may result in refusal of future appointments.
